Vegetarian Spicey Peri Peri, Self Raising Dough Recipe

Ingredients

Here's my ingredients for my vegetarian pizza, not pictured is 225g of Self Raising Flour I've borrowed from my mums kitchen cupboard.

Vegetarian Ingredients

Self Raising Dough Ball

Here's the dough ball and a reminder of the dough mix.

  • 225g Self Raising Flour
  • 45ml of olive oil
  • 90ml warm water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Tomato Mix

I've stuck to the classic ingredients.

  • tomato puree
  • peri peri chilli paste
  • garlic ketchup
Tom Puree, Chilli and Garlic Sauce

Vegetarian Ingredients

Add some vegetarian bits

  • onion
  • mushroom
  • peppers
  • grated mozarella

I've baked it in the oven at 220 until it's done.

Here's my suggestions and tips.

  • Use a rolling pin (i bought one today) rather than a glass, it's much easier
  • SR flour works well, I'll stick to it in future.
  • Use a large mixing bowl for your dough mix, (this will be my next purchase).

Most of all enjoy your pizza making.
