Vegetarian Pizza

Ingredients for the base

I've use the self raising dough recipe

Here are my ingredients for the vegetarian pizza, not pictured is 225g of Self Raising Flour I've borrowed from my mum's kitchen cupboard. You'll have to buy your own.

Vegetarian Ingredients

Add some vegetarian toppings

• onion
• mushroom
• peppers
• grated mozzarella
• herbs and spices

Finished Pizza

I've baked it in the oven at 220 until it's done.

Suggestions:

• Use a rolling pin [i bought one today] rather than a glass, it's much easier
• Use a large mixing bowl for your dough mix, [this will be my next purchase].
