Pizza base ingredients

I've used the new recipe for the base, which includes bread flour and a packet of dried yeast, rather than the self raising flour.

I've used the new tomato sauce base mix for this recipe and I must say it's something I'm going to stick with

It's pretty quick and easy and the results are well worth the little extra work.

You'll love it.

Add the toppings of your choice. Since this is a valentines pizza I've added

Pop it in the oven (gas mark 7, or 220) until done. (pre heat the oven), I must say it looks good enough to eat :)

Now curl up on the sofa with a DVD, a drink, your special valentine partner and have a nice night in.
