Chilli Margherita Pizza Recipe
Step 1: Simple Dough RecipeI've used my normal recipe for the base, here's another reminder
I've also added some mixed herbs to the dough for a bit of taste. |

Step 2: Mixed the DoughAdd all the ingredients to the bowl and make a well in the mixture, start adding the water/oil and begin mixing with a fork. |

Step 3: Dough BallHere's the dough ball, now pop it on the table and knead it for 5 mins until it's nice and smooth. |

Step 4: Chilli Base IngredientsHere's what I've made the base out of, some peri peri sauce, tomato puree and I added some lazy garlic (chopped garlic from a jar) |

Step 5: Roll out the PizzaI let the dough ball sit in a warm place for half an hour but didn't see if the dough would rise. It didn't. Knead the dough for another few minutes and roll out to the desired thickness. |

Step 6: The Fun BitThe best bit is adding the ingregients, I've just added loads of grated cheese to keep it simple (I didn't actually have anything else) |

Step 7: Cook and EnjoyCook your delicious pizza creation at 220'c until it's done. Allow it cool a little before serving, the cheese gets hot and burns your mouth if you bite into it too soon. You have been warned lol
